Our Therapists
Felicia Ugwa, LPCC
Serving Texas and New Mexico
She specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety and major life transitions. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—one where they can slow down, explore their emotions, and make sense of what they are experiencing without judgment.
Using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, she integrates elements of psychodynamic therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Family Systems to help clients build confidence, manage anxiety, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them. Her work focuses on helping clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to their authentic selves.
Outside of the therapy room, she is deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and finds joy in daily walks and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants (currently 13 and counting!).
Grace Angeles, LPCC
Serving Texas and New Mexico
“So many women carry hidden pain: anxiety, grief, shame, or past trauma. On the outside you may look strong, but inside feel weary and unseen. I want you to know that your story matters, and healing is possible.”
Grace specializes in helping women and girls through the unique challenges they face. Her passion is to walk alongside those who feel unseen, reminding them that healing is possible and that they don’t have to go through it alone. Grace believes that lasting change happens in safe, compassionate spaces, and she is committed to helping each person discover hope, resilience, and freedom on their journey.
Clinical approaches include: Trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Exposure Therapy.
“You are Known and You are Loved.”
Elysia Russell, LCSW
Serving New Mexico
She specializes in working with women and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, emotional abuse, anxiety, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. She supports clients who are healing from toxic or narcissistic relationships, betrayal, chronic people-pleasing, and unhealthy patterns that have left them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. She also works with couples to improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.
Her therapeutic approach is direct, practical, and goal-focused. She helps clients identify unhealthy patterns, gain clarity, develop effective coping skills, establish stronger boundaries, and take meaningful steps toward healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life. She provides honest feedback within a collaborative and supportive environment and offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences.
